Responsibilities:

1、Chemical synthesis, separation, and purification of nucleoside, nucleotide, oligomer nucleic acid, etc.

2、Responsible for chemical synthesis, modification, purification, and structural identification of nucleic acid drugs and monomer compounds (nucleotides);

3、Responsible for the establishment of detailed implementation plans and steps for chemical synthesis of nucleic acid drugs and the modification of experimental protocols; guide the implementation and supervise the progress.

4、Carry out the implementation of R&D projects related to small nucleic acid drugs; independently formulate and adjust experimental protocols, write experimental reports, and interpret experimental results.

5、Solid skills in organic synthesis, separation, and structure identification; skilled in NMR, MS, HPLC, and GC results analysis;

6、Support R&D cooperation with external partners.

Requirements:

1、A PhD in a relevant field, excellent understanding and experience with nucleoside, nucleotide, chemical synthesis, and modification (base, skeleton, sugar ring) is preferred.

2、Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining PhD in organic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmaceutical engineering and technology, chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field.

3、Has the ability to independently translate research findings from literature into experimental procedures and perform these.

4、Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills; passionate about seeking new solutions.

5、Has an accurate and precise working attitude.

6、Proficient in English: listening, speaking, reading, and writing including reports and scientific articles.
